A Brief History

Our Congregation was started as a plant from the Mentone church of Christ in 1956.  In 1957 the group was able to purchase land and build a small building. Over the years several additions were made as we continued to grow. The present building was remodeled in 1999.  

 We have been very fortunate to have a full-time preacher for most of our existence.  Some of the preachers here have been Ralph Burris, John Clayton, ER Bruce, Les Grant, Gary MacDonald, Jim Davidson, Tim Hall and Jim Dillinger, who has served as our minister since 1993.

In 2000 we began His Kids! Preschool that provides a wonderful educational experience in a loving Christian atmosphere.

We are spiritually led by our shepherds: Dan Hassenplug, Roger Rose, Mark Wise and Roy Vandermark.
